1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "65ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 65ph online gaming platform accessible at https://65ph.app and its operators.
• "Platform" refers to the 65ph website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 65ph account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 65ph registration process.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 65ph platform, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the 65ph platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 65ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 65ph. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorized to use the 65ph platform and must immediately cease all use.

65ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 65ph platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use a 65ph account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
2. Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
3. Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
4. Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
5. Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 65ph or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
6. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gaming platform or regulatory body;
7. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

65ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 65ph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any winnings generated, which will be voided. 65ph will report underage gambling incidents to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 65ph platform, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) 65ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. 65ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be suspended, and any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 65ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 65ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your 65ph account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 65ph support immediately via the Live Chat function available in your account. 65ph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced account security.

65ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

65ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and direct bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 65ph does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 65ph accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 65ph reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are generally processed same-day for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

65ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 65ph may request additional documentation and will cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

65ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all 65ph bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• 65ph reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, Keno, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 65ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 65ph platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

65ph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Games on the 65ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes overseen by trained dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by 65ph or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform or games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 65ph platform;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcomes or displayed balances, 65ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 65ph's decision in such matters is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

65ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 65ph account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 65ph account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 65ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

65ph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to extended play sessions, rapid successive deposits, or requests to reverse self-exclusion within a short period.

9. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You agree that you will not use the 65ph platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 65ph staff through any communication channel on the platform;
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the 65ph platform, server, or database;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its associated infrastructure;
• Impersonating any person or entity, including 65ph staff or other players;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

65ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform. 65ph may disclose account information and transaction records to such authorities without prior notice to the account holder where required or permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 65ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of 65ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 65ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 65ph platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content;
• Use any 65ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 65ph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 65ph and its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 65ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 65ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

65ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 65ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 65ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 65ph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 65ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

65ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 65ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

65ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 65ph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

65ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing account;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age;
• Requirement by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 65ph reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances may be returned to the original payment method at 65ph's discretion, subject to the completion of any required investigations.

You may close your 65ph account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 65ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 65ph support. 65ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 65ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15. Amendments to These Terms

65ph reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 65ph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 65ph may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 65ph platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 65ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 65ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
